You will not upload or email to www.icandycams.com any pictures or material that are illegal in your state, province or country and that is owned or copyrighted to anyone else but you. You also understand that you will be held responsible for any consequences that result from this infraction.
You understand that www.icandycams.com is entitled to use any picture or material that is uploaded to www.icandycams.com . Your pictures and material will be used only on thewww.icandycams.com web site, and for any advertising we see fit.
Be advised that you must reach the minium pay limit of $50.00 Before receiving a payout. Consider this before leaving our website and deleting your profile as you will not receive payment under $50.00.
You understand that you will not solicit the www.icandycams.com customers or contacts to promote a competing site of www.icandycams.com or take a customer to illegal means of payment like paypal or any other payment system other then our ccbill. Caught in this violation you could lose all monies owed and kicked off our website.
You must try your best to service as promptly as possible all customers who purchase sessions with you through www.icandycams.com . You must also provide to the customer at least all that is stated by you in your personal profile on www.icandycams.com . You reserve the right to suspend a session if the client suggests that you do something that is illegal or that will inflict pain on you or someone else.
www.icandycams.com does not seek and does not assert any control over the activities of entertainer in the performance of services necessary to accomplish the objective sought by any client. entertainer understands and agrees that entertainer is an independent contractor who, as such, is solely responsible for exercising independent judgment as to the time, place, and manner in which the services are performed.
Entertainer understands that they are an Independent Contractor, therefore there is no Workmen's Compensation provided by www.icandycams.com for injuries that occur during transmission of your session.
We at www.icandycams.com reserve the right to check up on you periodically to see where you are referring potential clients that contact you from our sites. If you are found to be referring clients to other sites to pay for a show or call, you WILL be terminated, and all monies owed to you will be forfeited.
Entertainer understands that no medical benefits or any other benefits thereof will be provided by www.icandycams.com.
No taxes will be taken out of entertainer�s paycheck therefore taxes on monies paid to entertainer must be declared by the entertainer to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).
It is understood that any charge backs incurred by www.icandycams.com for calls or shows done by said entertainer will be reviewed for legitimacy of the claim. Any monies charged back to www.icandycams.com will be debited from the entertainer's account. If the claim is to be deemed an error on the entertainers part, a $15 fee, plus the amount of the charge will be debited from the entertainer's account.
This agreement shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of British Columbia Canada. It may not be modified or amended except in writing signed by both parties. The entire agreement and subject matter hereof supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, written or oral, between the parties. Jurisdiction and venue shall be in the courts of British Columbia Canada. Any notices to be sent hereunder shall be sent by personal delivery or by certified mail, return receipt requested, to the appropriate address as set forth at the beginning of this agreement.
You verify that you are 18 years of age of older and if need be will submit legal proof in the form of a valid picture ID or Drivers License.
If you agree to all of the above terms and conditions you may continue to register as an www.icandycams.com live entertainer otherwise you may not participate in any adult oriented service provided by www.icandycams.com .
